re:think Inclusion Program, support for neurodivergent adults with dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, ADHD and Autism, funded through the federal government’s Job Access Program. This initiative is designed specifically for dyslexic and neurodivergent employees. With our comprehensive and tailored support, we empower you to excel in your role.

Overview of the program

  • 30-minute meet and greet with Shae
  • 4 x 1:1 personalised support sessions funded through Job Access with the support of your employer including:
    • workplace adjustments
    • AI how it can help
    • strategies to manage day-to-day activities
    • increase understanding of your dyslexia and or other neurodivergence 
    • improving self-advocacy skills  
    • identifying positive characteristics and identifying strengths.
  • A 30-minute discussion with your manager/employer (optional)
