The session showcases how the Australian Government’s JobAccess program is driving positive change for neurodivergent employees and employers by equipping them with the tools, training, and support needed to create inclusive environments for neurodivergent employees to thrive.

Drawing on lived experience and research, we highlight how strengths-based approaches through JobAccess are transforming workplaces and improving long-term employment outcomes.
