Support that understands you. Solutions that work for you.
At re:think dyslexia, we know that workplace challenges can have a significant impact on mental health, especially for neurodivergent employees. Whether it’s burnout, difficulties managing emotions, work relationships challenges, handling feedback, or struggling with executive functioning, these experiences are real and valid.
That’s why we’ve launched a dedicated mental health service delivered by neurodivergent clinicians who truly get it. Our team brings lived experience, professional expertise, and a deep understanding of what it means to navigate the workplace differently.
Through the JobAccess Employment Assistance Fund, eligible neurodivergent employees can access up to four free one-on-one online mental health sessions valued at $1642, fully funded by the federal government. These sessions are personalised, confidential, and designed to help you develop sustainable strategies to feel more in control, supported, and mentally well at work.
This service can support you to:
-
Navigate burnout and workplace stress
-
Build emotional regulation strategies
-
Improve executive functioning (like planning, focus, and memory)
-
Feel more confident handling feedback and communication
- Performance management (unofficial stage up to and including Performance Improvement Plan)
-
Strengthen your workplace wellbeing and resilience
If you have a diagnosis of dyslexia, ADHD, autism, or other neurodivergence, work more than 8 hours a week and are an Australian resident, then we’re here to help you thrive, not just survive, at work.
Please note: This is a reimbursement-based program paid by JobAccess. Employers will be refunded $1,642.00, and will be charged a $300 out-of-pocket fee to cover administration and coordination of the government program.
