  • I need support with running my business

Working within a strength-based approach we support you in your personal and business journey. This model has been known to help people cope with and reduce stress and we know those with dyslexia face significant levels of stress compared to the general population.

Our understanding of dyslexia and other neurodivergences doesn’t just come from a theoretical standpoint but we intimately understand it because we have a lived experience and we have faced struggles, shame, poor mental health, and stigma. Despite these obstacles, our panel of coaches have accomplished significant success.

Drawing on lived experience, workplace expertise and research we offer one-to-one coaching for those who are neurodivergent including dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, ADHD and autism at all levels, of employment and self-employment from getting started in your career or business to leadership and career progression.

The Coaching Panel covers numerous coaching areas, including:

  • Leadership
  • Career
  • Recruitment
  • Wellbeing
  • Executive Coaching
  • Business coaching including start-up and women in business

Our coaching clients range from those needing support in their current roles including leadership, career progression and dyslexic entrepreneurs.

Erin Ender, Good Brew Co

Recently diagnosed dyslexic at 45, Shae has helped me not only feel ‘part of a bigger community’ but ‘not disabled’ as we are currently considered. I’ve spent 20 years masking my condition within an academic arena and hope to raise awareness and smash the stigma that may prevent people like myself from making significant contributions to all disciplines *despite* the challenges presented by a system by and for neurotypical people. Thanks for providing me with an opportunity to lean into my superpowers Shae!!

Coaching is entirely confidential.

We will assist you in designing the most appropriate coaching package for your needs including:

  • a coaching package incorporating several coaching sessions and a plan for action, including access to our adult dyslexia community. Each package is individually designed to meet your needs.
  • regular coaching. Have you just been appointed to a new role or feeling stuck in your current one? We can help you make it a success!
  • business booster designed to give you a boost in the right direction so you can start making the money and impact you deserve.

Note: our coaching program is in high demand. While we work to support you immediately, there may be a short delay before your first session. To support you in your coaching journey we use a strength-based neuroaffirming approach to support you to be at your best.

Testimonials

I just wanted to reach out to you because I honestly feel that if it wasn’t for our sessions, I wouldn't have had the belief that I could complete a Master’s degree. I joined so many dyslexic community pages for resources for myself. I then had the privilege to meet you. Up until that point, I didn’t know anyone with dyslexia who was in academia. Talking to you and hearing all that you had achieved, and the strategies we discussed allowed and motivate me to pursue my master's. I can say I have officially completed my master’s degree and now working as an accredited exercise physiologist! I just wanted to say thank you. You really inspired me and instilled belief in me and those words of ‘Your superpower might be resilience and persistence’ have since stuck with me and always will. Thank you for not only inspiring myself but other dyslexics. I wish I had someone like you advocating for me from primary school.

"Shae has been invaluable to my business and the creative and practical processes. She has made it feel achievable and given me direction in challenging times. She has felt like a dear friend in the process. Gentle, honest, and vulnerable but visionary within healthy boundaries. She knows that a business isn't just a business, from her own personal experiences. She has helped me make many big and important decisions. I know I wouldn't be where I am now without her expertise. Deepest gratitude."

"I feel very fortunate to have had Shae Wissell assigned as my mentor under the Victorian Chamber Business Recovery and Resilience Mentoring Scheme. Not only was Shae knowledgeable and helpful about almost any business topic I broached, but she was also tremendously approachable and always had something valuable and insightful to offer. After each session, Shae left me feeling inspired, motivated, and grateful (and equipped with resources)! I can’t recommend Shae enough as a compassionate, relatable, and knowledgeable coach who was genuinely invested in helping me achieve my business goals and dreams."

"Dear Shae Thanks you for sharing your buisness wisdom and foresight with me. You have a natural ability to help. AS discussed, my latest buisness venture has put me unchartered deep waters and at times I questioned it and my own abilities thus it was refreshing to conenct with you. With your help and input I am now back in control. Thank you so much "
