About Jamie Toyne

Jamie was diagnosed with ADHD as a child and has navigated the unique challenges and opportunities it presents throughout his life. As a professional tennis player, Jamie learned firsthand how hyperfocus and flow could drive excellence—but also how pressure and misalignment could lead to burnout. Transitioning from sports, he founded two successful companies, Dealflow and Exitplanr, helping over 400 entrepreneurs exit their businesses.
